What is it?

Nanoflash Technology® allows the manufacture of polyurethane material in thin layers and with very high definitions or level of detail.

With this new technology developed by the Grupo Morón reinforced textiles can be achieved with polyurethane parts, which offer more resistance and thus make seamless uppers or garments.

Seamless, no breaks and for longer

There are no seams, therefore there are no breaks in something that no longer exists. The new production process that this technology offers eliminates the seams of shoes and extends their life cycle. By removing the weakest areas of the product, the product is more durable.

High definition and design

Nanoflash Technology®, the high precision technology, allows very accurate models to be created with a minimum strip. Increase application and creation possibilities, with designs of any type and any colour.

Lightness, breathability and flexibility

The application of a smaller calibre polyurethane to any material allows lighter materials to be obtained. The upper, with a smaller calibre than common materials, provides flexibility, and is therefore more ergonomic and adapts to the body better.

Nanoflash Technology® can be used on any material, even those with high breathability, and increase the breathability of the material, adding comfort to the final product.

Clothing and footwear

Nanoflash Technology® makes it possible to obtain polyurethane protection reinforcements to increase resistance to parts of garments, shoe uppers or parts that suffer the most friction and wear. The direct injection on clothing increases the material’s tensile strength, resistance to tears and friction.

Nanoflash Technology® allows the application of polyurethane directly to the shoe upper and facilitates the vulcanization process by eliminating intermediate processes, and it ensures a much greater adherence than is currently available according to conventional processes.

The application of Nanoflash Technology® technology to the production of upper parts and components of seamless footwear is key because it allows the manufacture of new items that cannot be obtained with traditional production processes.

With Nanoflash Technology® we make significant production cost savings. The direct injection, direct upper-to-sole bonding, the elimination of seams, direct and high-precision stamping, among other processes, eliminate high labour costs, both for the shoe upper and the manufacture of the shoe.
