Self-consumption of electricity with the aim of achieving zero carbon footprint

On our path to achieving a zero carbon footprint, we have strongly committed to renewable energy. Our goal is to achieve a global production system that minimizes the ecological impact on the environment as much as possible.

To this end, we have installed 1,713 solar panels at our plants in Arnedo (La Rioja), allowing us to reach 71% electrical self-sufficiency.

Among the main environmental advantages of this project, we highlight that the installation of solar panels reduces air pollution by not consuming fossil fuels or any other type of fuel, as they use inexhaustible solar energy, do not harm the ecosystem, keep the air clean, and help fight global warming.

In addition, they do not produce noise pollution or visual pollution that could disturb people and local wildlife, as they have been installed on the flat roofs of our industrial warehouses.
