What it is
Digital cutting is a high-precision machining system that allows textiles, foams, laminates and other technical materials to be cut directly from digital designs, without the need to manufacture metal dies.
This technology offers great flexibility for developing new products, facilitates prototyping and short production runs, enables automatic size grading and optimises the layout of individual pieces to maximise material utilisation and reduce waste.
For higher-volume applications or when the process requires it, we also have die-cutting presses and metal dies, selecting the most efficient cutting technology for each project from a technical, production and economic perspective.
