Grupo Morón at Lineapelle Winter 24/25 Fair in Milan

Grupo Morón will once again be present at Lineapelle 102, the International Exhibition of Leather, Accessories, Components, Synthetic Materials and Models.

This edition, taking place from September 19 to 21, 2023 at Fiera Milano Rho, is one of the most important events in the industry, serving as a key platform to explore future trends for the Autumn/Winter 24/25 season and gain insight into the global fashion, luxury and design supply chain. These trends range from the pursuit of naturalness to hyper-technical research and sustainability, offering an opportunity to stay at the forefront of innovation and design within the industry.

In addition, the exhibition addresses the growing need for sustainable and environmentally responsible innovation, an increasingly important aspect in a world where sustainability guides consumer choices and responsible production.

With these same objectives, Grupo Morón will be located in Hall 9, Stands F15, F19, G16 and G20, where it will showcase an outstanding selection of innovative and technologically advanced insoles and fabrics applicable to a wide range of industries, including footwear manufacturing, personal protective equipment, upholstery, orthopaedics and equestrian products.

Among the products on display, which are protected by international patents and comply with REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and CADS RSL 2021 List of Restricted Substances / Version 08, the following stand out:

• Biontech: The Biontech range consists of biomechanical insoles that users can customize according to the ergonomics of their feet using a simple microwave oven. The range includes Biontech Pro, Biontech Superlight (for demanding athletes), Biontech Thermic (heated insoles controlled via an app) and Biontech Xtreme (featuring enhanced shock absorption).
• OnProtector: With the first international patent EP17159327.0 for single-layer puncture-resistant insoles for safety footwear, Grupo Morón presents four innovative products: Graphene, Diamond, Titanium and Helium. Each offers specific characteristics according to its application and is lighter and more flexible than previous versions.
• OnMicro: This microfiber is used as an outer material and provides waterproof properties, high breathability, antibacterial resistance, washability and resistance to chemical agents.
• OnSteam: A microfiber designed for products requiring high absorption capacity. It offers a leather-like feel, is 100% breathable, antimicrobial and ensures effective moisture absorption.
• OnSteam Bio-Eco: This innovative corn-based recycled microfiber combines organic materials and recycled fibers to create a high-quality microfiber.
• OnTex: A waterproof, windproof and breathable membrane that guarantees 100% waterproof protection, high breathability and flexibility.
• OnDura: A technical fabric developed with high-tenacity fibers, offering abrasion resistance, breathability and lightweight performance, making it ideal for manufacturing highly resistant protective products.
• OnClimate: This fabric, composed of microfibers, traps body-generated heat, providing protection against extreme cold conditions.
• Dermodry: A fabric that accelerates moisture absorption, keeping the skin dry and comfortable at all times. Made with Coolmax yarn, it can be applied to a wide variety of products.
• Nanoflash Technology: This innovative technology allows ultra-thin layers of polyurethane to be injected into various materials, delivering exceptional detail, flexibility and lightness. It reinforces textiles with polyurethane in high-stress areas, improving durability and reducing production costs by eliminating seams.

In the field of orthopaedics, Grupo Morón also offers a wide range of elastic, breathable and absorbent fabrics that can be enhanced with additional treatments such as eucalyptus, silver ions and aloe vera.
