We welcome innovation at Grupo Morón to improve the future: more sustainable, more precise, more specific.

This premise enables our customers to offer the best solutions to their consumers with very advanced products and with international patents.

Since the launch of TDR® in 2005, the first thermoformed insole developed by the Grupo Morón, the future has become reality.

These early developments resulted in insoles that exceeded the highest safety standards. Resistance to abrasion was tested and onDura® was created.

Work was carried out to replace all the metal parts that served as a protective barrier (the long-standing old metal toes and insoles) with textile products (anti-perforation textile insoles) or other materials, such as the onCup® toe.

In parallel, improvements were added to interior fabrics and Treatments to apply to fabrics.

This drive to push textiles to the limits of comfort and safety, led to the creation of microfibres such as onSteam® or membranes such as onTex®, new fabrics such as onShot®, best anti-perforation results with onProtector® and the first microwave-moulded anatomical insoles, known as Biontech®.

Innovation in work processes led the Grupo Morón to apply its expertise in design solutions such as Nanoflash Technology®, high-definition technology that allows the design of virtually seamless footwear.
