Collection of plastics from seas and oceans to recycle into sustainable furniture

This project marks another milestone for Grupo Morón in its mission to preserve our natural resources and ensure a healthy environment for future generations.

The plastic problem in our seas and oceans is one of the greatest environmental threats of our time. The Mediterranean is the sea with the highest concentration of plastic on the planet, and it is our sea, the one that has shaped our culture for centuries. Spain is a Mediterranean country.

For this reason, Grupo Morón, together with Gravity Wave, will carry out the removal of over 10 tons of plastic from the sea and discarded fishing nets.

Furthermore, we are taking this collaboration a step further by giving this collected plastic a second life, as it is reused and transformed into furniture, such as the pieces installed at our Convixion farm and in our corporate stands.
