How are they personalized?

In two simple steps Biontech Xtreme® will be permanently adjusted to the exact shape of each foot:

	Heating the insoles Put the Biontech Xtreme® insoles with the letters facing upwards in a 500W microwave oven for 40 seconds, 600W microwave oven for 30 seconds or average power for 40 seconds. Warning: It is very important that you pay attention to their positioning in the microwave and do not go over the marked limits. There may be a danger of overheating.
	Adapting the insoles Make sure you let them cool for 2 minutes. Then, place them inside the chosen shoe and put it on. It is important to stand up, applying pressure to the insoles, for about 2 minutes. Keeping the footwear on for at least 1 hour is recommended because the insoles gradually cool and the impression will be best set.
